WYperformance and Yunit Consulting team up to place the customer at the center of the business, with Zoho CRM.
More agility and more focus on people. This was the briefing given to WYperformance’s CRM team – WYgroup’s Data-Driven Marketing unit, Yunit Consulting’s partner in customer relationship management.
This project is the beginning of a partnership that aims to unify Yunit’s different departments on a single platform and, in this way, guarantee total focus on the Customer. Through Zoho CRM, WYperformance ensures the management of the entire “Lead to Cash” process, to ensure the efficiency of Yunit’s commercial management, from mapping processes and needs, to technical implementation and training and onboarding of the user team, based on an implementation methodology focused on people.
Luís Dinis, Head of CRM at WYperformance, says “Zoho brings together a series of applications that provide numerous benefits for companies – whether small, medium or large – in attracting and retaining customers, supporting the various business strategies, giving technical support and understanding and anticipating needs, through the automation and segmentation of all communications involving the company and its customers.” He adds that “the aim with the implementation of this platform is to automate and optimize processes and make relations between the company and its customers even more efficient, closer and lasting, which will ultimately impact not only productivity but also the sales”.
