The most recent edition of APROXIMO, the IMOVIRTUAL portal event dedicated to professionals in the real estate sector, was held by the WYgroup agencies.

It was at Convento do Beato that the 4th Edition of APROXIMO took place, a major event in the real estate market in Portugal, which welcomed around 350 professionals from the sector. A full day of lectures with several renowned professionals to talk about the real estate sector, share knowledge of the market and business optimization, as well as the best use of communication, marketing, and technology tools.

To ensure the complex challenge of bringing together creativity, media, real-time data, production, and technology in a single event, IMOVIRTUAL relied on WYgroup agencies, the group that assumes the largest and most complete business communication ecosystem in the country dedicated to Marketing and Consumer Experience services.

WYcreative was responsible for branding and design, in addition to managing communication on all the brand’s social networks (IG, FB, and LinkedIn) before, during – in live format – and after the event, and also for photo and video coverage of the best moments. NERVO ensured the entire production of the event, from the theme to the guests’ alignment, bringing relevant topics for discussion such as blockchain in the real estate market, metaverse, among others. It was also in charge of all field monitoring, on-site activation, staff, audiovisual production, and delivery of the awards given at the ceremony, trophies specifically designed by WYcreative for the occasion.

WYperformance, which has a team specialized in digital transformation, ensured the implementation and technological integration of the event, through ZOHO. This technology allowed an integral, optimized, and automated management of the event, from the creation and updating of the event’s website, with all the relevant information for the day, to the sale of tickets with payments validated in real-time through bank cards, or to issuing automatic tickets. The entire accreditation process was also done through the application using mobile devices, which allowed the organization of the event to have real-time metrics regarding the participation of participants. WYperformance was also responsible for the digital marketing strategy and the implementation of paid media campaigns to publicize the event. The data-driven marketing agency also had the participation of one of its collaborators – Luís Nunes, Head of Content & Social – as a moderator in one of the round table sessions alluding to the theme “How to stand out on social networks”.
