Pluxee was launched in Portugal in January 2024, as a result of a spinoff from the Benefits and Incentives division of Sodexo.
White Way and Bloomcast Consulting, part of the communication group WYgroup, were the agencies selected by Pluxee, a global leader in employee benefits solutions, to handle the brand awareness strategy for the new brand in the Portuguese market. White Way was responsible for the strategy and creativity associated with the brand’s new positioning, while Bloomcast focused on its communication.
Pluxee was launched in Portugal on January 12, 2024, as a result of a spinoff from Sodexo’s Benefits and Incentives division, reflecting a strategic shift that took place globally in the 31 countries where the multinational operates.

The Pluxee product stands out for its close customer support service, the user experience on the Pluxee Portugal App, the Pluxee Plus discount club, online payment security, the wide acceptance network (Visa), and integration with digital wallets, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
