2018 – INVASION

Moche Ring

 

At the 22nd edition of MEO Sudoeste, Moche had a stage that recreated a combat ring and a dance floor inspired by the bumper car rings we see all over the country.

It was at the Moche Ring that the artists faced the audience head-on in an unprecedented clash motivated by the beat, the rhythm, the music.

The ingredients were those that Moche is already well accustomed to, but the way we found to bring them together focused on generating even more closeness between the artists and the public, creating the perfect scenario for generating genuine content, with the brand as the main driver. There was a ring to drop heavy bars and beats to knock anyone out, there was plenty of neon, there was a dance floor and there was even a mirror ball.

This stage was curated by “Orelha Negra”, “I Love Baile Funk”, “Electronic Jungle by Carlos Manaça” and “EDM to the Fullest”, over 4 unforgettable nights.

Moche Get Wet

The shower area at the 22nd edition of MEO Sudoeste featured an unprecedented Moche activation, where campers could cool off while dancing to the sound of a resident DJ – Moche Get Wet.
At the entrance to the shower area, in a structure erected for the purpose and facing the campers, we installed a DJ booth, where everything happened for two hours a day.

To ensure the entertainment, the Get Wet Gang – entertainers on duty, equipped for the occasion – circulated at the top of the structure and throughout the enclosure, refreshing the campers with bazookas of water whenever the DJ’s siren went off.
There was also space for the public to choose the next song to be played, in an interactive mechanic with the DJ and the Get Wet Gang, creating a kind of human Jukebox.

To ensure memorable content, water pistols and waterproof smartphone cases were distributed at the entrance to the space.

 

Moche Pick It Up

On arrival at the festival, MOCHE customers also had a lift to their tents via MOCHE PICK IT UP, a shuttle service designed to make life easier for those who have come for their most eagerly awaited vacation week of the year.

 

2019 – Mocheland – EXPANSION

NERVO EXPANDS MOCHE TERRITORY AT MEO SUDOESTE

After the success of the previous year, in 2019 NERVO returned to MEO Sudoeste with Moche to conquer territory and put everyone in ecstasy at MOCHELAND: the brand’s takeover of the festival grounds.
Inspired by the carnival environments found on the most iconic pontoons around the world, it was in this area created within the main grounds that everyone ended the night and experienced the new funfair animations that joined the already iconic Ferris Wheel – which, this year, became Moche.

A festival like MEO Sudoeste goes far beyond music: it’s a vacation experience, fun, challenges, where the brands that get their message across while guaranteeing moments of entertainment – focused on creating content – come out winners.

MOCHELAND was just that: a fun venue within the festival, with the Moche attitude, message and visual identity, made with those who live and share the festival in mind even before the concerts start.

This is also where the Moche Ring will continue to be the stage for the festival’s biggest sound clashes, a landmark of the last edition, growing in size and hosting today’s hottest theme parties: I LOVE BAILE FUNK, Revenge of the Millenials, Swag On and Turb’Ó Baile.

The Moche Ring experience was so remarkable in 2018 that this year even the artists themselves came forward to enrich it. We enlarged the stage and ensured that the previous year’s splash of color was joined, in a big way, by the projection of the visual performances of each of these unique evenings.

In addition to all the MOCHELAND entertainment, there was also an unconventional Fortune Teller, a 360º oversized bar, a number of trailer parks to deal with the 2 a.m. munchies typical of our target audience and an invasion of light in Moche tones that made an area of the festival consistent, which until now had enormous untapped potential.

A brand experience that was a festival within a festival.

The MEO Sudoeste campsite also hosted another edition of Moche Get Wet, with new challenges and extended hours.

2023 – Last year as sponsor

The 2023 edition, the last year in which the brand was a sponsor of the festival, brought back all the actions from the previous year, with a special emphasis on the Brand Stage, which was given a new lease of life – bigger, brighter and with a brand presence that didn’t go unnoticed by anyone.

In the field of activation, we also created “Esticker-te”, a moment of prank à la TikTok, which through classic sticker bombing challenged participants to stick stickers on the backs of friends and strangers without them noticing… and thereby win prizes. Who hasn’t?

At the venue, the action closed with an activation to kill the munchies of the most resistant, late into the night, in which we offered Donuts with the most absurd toppings – from chocolate to chili – to the most greedy.
The catch? It was up to you!

Four years of an intense partnership which, more than the unquestionable excellent results, has left us with memories that are hard to match – for NERVO, for MOCHE and for those who have been there.
