A new bond campaign is underway from Mota-Engil, offering a fixed gross interest rate of 5%. The multinational invites investors to join its efforts focused on carbon neutrality and sustainability. The creative concept and the multimedia advertising campaign were developed by White.
“Invest in Building a Better World” is the slogan for Mota-Engil’s 2024-2029 Sustainability-Linked Bonds offering, with the key performance indicator being the increase of local talent in management positions. More than just an investment, this initiative highlights the company’s commitment to sustainable growth and the sustainable development goals established by the United Nations.
In addition to these, Mota-Engil also sets concrete goals in a strategic plan to combat climate change, inspire progress, and accelerate innovation—reasons that validate this invitation.

The bonds will be issued by Mota-Engil on October 16, 2024, maturing on October 16, 2029. The campaign will run until October 11, the date when this offering ends.
