Volkswagen Digital Solutions is constantly recruiting for its Lisbon Hub and to strengthen their positioning in the IT market, a new idea emerged: instead of focusing on the usual must-haves for a given job title, the brand reached out to those who want the perfect balance between working and living through a holiday job.

Connect to developers and generate job applications

The campaign lasted 3 months on air with the specific goal of reaching out to at least 30 applicants from specific job roles: Data Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Full Stack Developer. With WYcreative’s ideas and WYperformance’s data and knowledge, our campaign started to hit the road.

Meet the people at the right time, with the right creativity

Several communication pieces started to roll out, from awareness to conversion. It was live on Programmatic Display, Google Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Job Ads, and so on.

Guess what? The goal was highly surpassed.
