The results of the 11th edition of the Happiness Works Study have been released and it is an extra happiness to be able to announce that we entered the ranking for the second time in a row.

The happiness index in companies reached, in 2022, the highest value in eleven years and we are proof of that!

Entering the TOP 20 of the ranking, for the second time in a row, is already a great victory, but knowing that, this time, we were in 3rd place among more than 120 companies. It is a great pride to be the 3rd happiest company in Portugal.

It is often said, “We were happy and we didn’t know it”. We always knew we were, but we don’t know why, whether because we have an office on the beachfront that works as an extension of it, or because of the hybrid and flexible working model that allows us to exchange the Beach House for one in the countryside or in the city when we simply feel like it. But we know that we are passionate about what we do. Because just like happiness, passion is also felt. Creates an atmosphere.
